What to expect

Each session is led by a certified Personal Trainer and includes 4 to 20 participants.

We keep things fun, challenging, and effective by using a wide variety of equipment — including barbells, dumbbells, rowing machines, TRX, stationary bikes, medicine balls, assault bikes, plyo boxes, bands, sliders, ropes, and more!

Our trainer will always offer multiple options and modifications, so every session can be tailored to suit all fitness levels — from beginner to advanced.

We are located inside Evolve Strength Downtown.
Our team operates out of a private training space, with full access to the entire facility — including cardio equipment, squat racks, a functional training area, and more.

Evolve Strength also offers a range of in-house services such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, and more.


Parking is easy and free.
We offer both heated underground and above-ground parking options, with access just down the alley. Simply register your license plate at the front desk when you arrive.
