We are Edmonton’s newest group training facility.
Our facility offers pre-scheduled sessions available early morning, lunch and evening.
Each session is a 45 minute full body workout, guaranteed to reduce body fat, increase strength and increase endurance.
Our workouts are carefully programmed by our trainers, to get you personal training results at a fraction of the cost. They are designed to be functional, challenging, fun and effective.
We combine strength and endurance based exercise to get you the best results!
